Allowances for UK Residents

If you are a resident in the UK, you are entitled to certain tax allowances and reliefs, based on your personal circumstances.

If you are a UK resident and an employee, income tax and National Insurance Contributions (NIC) are deducted at source from your wages or salaries under the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
