Tax Rates for Companies

Companies are taxed at a flat 30% from the first dollar of taxable income.

Note: Individuals and particularly migrants, may believe they can cap their personal income tax at 30% by operating through a company. Unfortunately there are many impediments to this including a potential tax on deemed dividends, restrictions on loans to shareholders/directors and issues relating to Personal Services Income (PSI).
