	Richard Swarbreck (Consultant) rswarbreck@uhyhn.com.au Richard is a Consultant with the firm and is a registered Migration Agent. His area of professional focus is in assisting business migrants settle into the Australian business environment. He also advises on income tax matters and pension transfers.			Wendy Davies wdavies@uhyhn.com.au Originally from the UK, Wendy migrated to Australia in 2008 and is a Senior Manager in the firm. Wendy, an accountant and Registered Migration Agent, specialises in assisting Business Skills Migrants. She advises on establishing business in Australia and the associated tax considerations.
	Brett Cornwall bcornwall@uhyhn.com.au Brett is a senior partner in the firm specialising in tax and business services and has assisted many migrant clients and foreign corporations set up in Australia. Brett is the partner in charge of business reviews, due diligence reviews and valuations of businesses for migrant clients.			James Tng jtng@uhyhn.com.au James is a tax and business services partner. James also specialises in superannuation matters and works closely with Colette, Colleen, Jill and Richard on UK pension transfers.
	Michael Bennett mbennett@uhyhn.com.au Mike is a partner and the firm’s Chief Executive.  He migrated from the UK in 2008 as a business migrant and has ‘first hand’ experience of the journey business migrants have embarked on and the exciting challenges ahead.			Colleen Handy chandy@uhyhn.com.au Colleen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK). She was with one of the "Big 4" in London for 9 years as a Tax Manager. Colleen has many years of experience advising clients on cross border tax and business issues.
	Yorkie Lau ylau@uhyhn.com.au Yorkie is our Mandarin, Cantonese and Shangainese speaking tax and business services senior. He has had many years experience assisting business migrants.			Colette Pieniazek cpieniazek@uhyhn.com.au Colette migrated from Manchester 6 years ago. She is the administrator in the Pensions Division, advises and ensures clients affairs are processed quickly and efficiently. She has over 20 years secretarial and administration experience
