Where possible, it is our policy to advise clients of their fees in advance.

Fees for transfering UK Pensions:

Our fee for facilitating the transfer of your UK pension fund is based on the value (or combined values) of your fund(s).

Our current fees and charges are as follows.

 A fee will be raised once your funds have arrived in Australia. You can pay our fee personally or if possible, we can arrange for the fee to be paid by your superannuation fund.

 We are not financial planners but have established relationships with reputable financial planners and have negotiated preferential rates for the use of their services.

Apart from our fee and the financial planner fee, there are no additional entry fees which are commonly charged by other financial planners.

 Fee for setting up a Self-Managed Superannuation Fund?

Advice and set up costs $1,700 - $2,500

Fee for setting up a QROPS Self-Managed Superannuation Fund?

Creating a new SMSF	$2,500 GST
Amending Existing SMSF	$2,000 GST

Tax Compliance & Tax Consultancy Fees:

Where possible, we will provide you with an estimate of the costs of advice prior to commencment. If it becomes evident additional time will be required and the estimate exceeded, we will notify you before proceeding. The estimate we provide assumes all necessary information required from you is provided in a timely manner.

There will be instances where it may not be possible to provide an estimate. In these instances our fees, including GST, are based on the time required by the individual(s) assigned to the engagement  plus direct out of pocket expenses. Individual hourly rates vary according to the degree of responsibility involved and the experience of skill required.

For your information, for advice relating to local issues, our current charge out rates (excluding GST) are as follows:

Partners	$400 per hour
Consultants	$250 - $350 per hour
Managers	$160 - $250 per hour
Seniors	$115 - $155 per hour
Juniors	$  80 - $115 per hour

Fees will be billed on completion of an assignment or when reasonable work has been undertaken. Our terms are strictly 30 days and can be paid by cheque, or credit card. Any queries regarding your account should be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

We reserve the right to charge interest if our terms are exceeded and any costs, fees and disbursements in collecting overdue accounts may be charged to your account.
