Whilst we provide comprehensive support to our business clients on a day to day basis we add real value by ensuring the business is correctly structured, providing complex tax advice, assisting with valuations and acquisitions, ensuring Director obligations are met and Directors are protected. We can talk to you about growth, profit, succession planning, risk protection and a multitude of other factors you, as a business person need to consider.

Our tax knowledge is extensive and we deal with complex tax issues both domestically and internationally.

We are one of very few firms who have dual qualified UK and Australian tax experts resident in WA and advising in both jurisdictions. This in house expertise augments our international tax capabilities available through our membership of UHY International.

Superannuation

We provide a comprehensive superannuation service and can setup Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) including obtaining QROPS status for UK Pension Transfers. We provide all the accounting and audit requirements necessary for our portfolio of SMSF.

We have accountants who are qualified as registered migration agents so we understand the visa requirements and the journey migrant clients take. Transferring UK Pension fund to the Australian Superannuation system is a specialist service area. We occupy a unique position in the market, we are totally independent of any financial planning practice and superfund schemes. We assist clients find UK pension funds, obtain transfer valuations and provide a report to aid decision making. We also assist clients maximise their UK state pension value. Our fees are fixed and transparent so there are no hidden surprises.

Republic of South Africa Annuity Cashment

With the support of our agents in RSA we are able provide the means for clients to cash annuities and life policies and move the proceeds to Australia. We have the means to navigate through the bureaucratic jungle and transfer the cash to your Australian bank account.
